The Golf Union of Wales was the first national governing organisation (NGO) to implement and launch their new web site, using the Welsh Sports Association template framework. The site includes a fully featured content management solution (CMS) and password protected area for council members. The CMS provides a search engine optimised (SEO) solution to content publication and site search facilities. Each NGO has the opportunity to develop the template for their own needs, for example the Golf Union of Wales has added online competition entries.
