VSI-thinking launches the latest .NET version of the management information system (MIS) software for processing customer survey questionnaires (CSQ). The new version developed for Neilson Active Holidays is a real-time solution for processing and reporting on customer survey questionnaires. The reports can be viewed as mean or percentage scores, with column ordering and filtering. The reports can be instantly changed to view as weekly, monthly or as a season cumulative. Even filtering based on demographic information, such as income and children, can change the report figures in real-time. New developments for the .NET solution also include a graph facility to show the performance of accommodation for questions answered in the survey.
