The Celtic Manor online shop has been launched and has been a resounding success in the first couple of months, selling tickets
for the Wales Open and vouchers for the Celtic Manor. The eCommerce solution from VSI-thinking manages not only the credit card payments, but the order processing and letters sent with each dispatch. Also developed, unique to the Celtic Manor, was a ticket administration facility, as these products are dispatched close to the event date.
