VSI-thinking have produced a tool for the Chartered Institute of Journalists to search through the vast number of people they have in their database.

The search tool is very easy and straight forward to use. The tool allows you to search for journalists according to their location, their specialist subjects, and their professional activities. Once you find the journalist, you can then send them an e-mail using the system. This ensures that their e-mail is kept private and to stop them being spammed.

The tool has been incorporated into the Chartered Institute of Journalists website to help people viewing the website to look for the person they need.
