The Brochure Store is a new web site from Thomas Cook, produced by web site design company VSI-thinking, to help the company reduce costs and improve customer service. The site is currently in a pilot phase featuring brochures from the the select range and weddings. The project will ultimately handle all brochures for Thomas Cook and subsiduary companies and expand services to include brochure downloads and versions you can view online.
The application designed by VSI-thinking draws on our expertise in software development, allowing Thomas Cook complete control over the addition, amendment and management of brochures and brands. With just a few clicks a new brand and brochure can be made available in the site for customers to request. The brochure request form is linked to a PAF solution which checks post codes to validate a customer address. In these environmentally concisious time to ensure customers do not waste resoucres in requesting lots of brochures there are variable limits set against each brand.
