Training is an important part of your working life. There's no better way to test if you have understood the content than by having a test to see what you've retained. VSI-thinking have developed this new module for PhUSE to test their members knowledge and see how much they know about the Pharmaceutical programming industry.
The administrator of the system can create a number of different programmes for users to go through and take the test to see how much they know about that particular topic. These programmes can have a number of slides which can hold questions as well as text, images and even video, to provide a true interactive learning experience. There are a number of different types of questions that can be placed on the slide to vary the programme and make it interesting. You can add multiple answer questions, single answer questions, questions where you have match one answer to another and questions where you have to place the items in the correct order. There is also the functionality to see who has taken the test and reset their score for that particular test if the programme has changed. Programmes and questions can be enabled as and when they are needed.
Existing members can use their logon details to enter the eLearning facility, whilst non-members can fill in a form to gain access to the area. Any returning non-members can log back in when they return to re-take any programmes. Programmes are easily completed by starting the programme and working through it. At the end, a results screen is displayed to show your results, meaning that you do not have to wait to know if you've passed or failed. If you have passed the programme, a certificate can be printed out with the name of the programme along with your name and the date you passed.
With such an emphasis on training, have you considered placing a VLE into your website to boost your employees knowledge of your market or the products that you supply? If you would like to know more about this module, please contact us.
