PhUSE, the Pharmaceutical Users Software Exchange, are proud to see another VSI-thinking development added to their website. With around 300 attendees at a conference, why not automate a large amount of the process to make it easier for the office.
The administrators are able to add and suspend conferences, amend the amount of attendees, add options for a booking, including availablity for hotels. They also have the ability to add people themselves as well as produce reports about the attendees. Different fees can be given to the conference, and fees can be given special codes, so only certain people can use certain fees.
For members wishing to attend the conference, they can use the log on details and select the different options, and then, if they wish, pay by credit card. Non-members will need to register to make a booking.
The system is very straight forward to use, and will make it easier for PhUSE to manage their conferences.
